Order Confirmation:
All orders are confirmed automatically (by email) and you will max within eight hours on weekdays receive alerts by e-mail if there were any problems with delivery (backordered / out of stock items).
You can always follow your order status by following the link given in your order confirmation or by visiting your member account. Order status is at the top left of the order page.
Orders to be paid by giro, e-banking or check will be valid for 10 days from order date, then canceled automatically.

  camzone.dk uses a payment gateway from Surftown. Communication with this payment solution has been tested by pbs. All map data is sent encrypted.
If we are unable to deliver the entire order, we can reduce your payment to the new order total. We can not increase the amount if you want to add one or more product lines.

Delivery:
We ship usually the same day we receive your payment.
If your order contains order, the order will however only be shipped when we can make a single supply.
All orders delivered in the future as postal mail via Denmark and can be followed in their Track & Trace system.
You will receive an email with package number when we ship your order.

Shipping:
Packages sent by post Denmark, and paid for their current rates. camzone.dk uses Posten's business packages, if nothing else is selected.
Overseas and foreign destinations will pay the freight in accordance with current tariffs with Post Denmark.
These charges are embedded in our system and you will always get the cargo indicated before ordering. You'll never pay more than the system calculated.

Returns:
You have 14 days return / cancellation.
The goods must be returned in original packaging, and possibly. protective packaging for example. pacifiers and toys that are not broken. The clothes must be returned with any hang tags.
Goods to be exchanged for another size, will be exchanged on the same day we receive your returned goods. The cost of return shipments of this type held by you. We pay return freight back to you.
Do you want money back, it will facilitate our business, if you simultaneously send us information about your bank. We need the following information:

Registration number (4 digits)
Account Number (10 digits)
We will return the amount into your account the same day we receive the goods.

Warranty and Guarantee:
There is a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects on all products. We reserve the right to send the product back to manufacturer and await their response to the complaint. There may be a delay of up to 4 weeks.
  camzone.dk exchange or repair if possible defective goods, but we reserve the right to settle a claim by paying the product's purchase price.
Udgigten to retunering of the goods to us shall be borne by the customer. The cost from us to the customer is held, by appointment, by camzone.dk
